Required Shopify freelancer for Shopify cart page assistance job

We are a school uniform shop and require someone to help us with the following:

1) Add the ability to charge a customer for name-taping clothes on the cart page

2) We offer collection from multiple sites, we need to add a surcharge if collected from certain sites. For example, Collection from 'Site A' is free. Collection from 'Site B' and 'Site C' charges customer $32.50.
