We are looking to do a rendered floor plan but with the realism of a 3d floor plan.

Take a look at the top down rendering we have completed.

We basically want the exact same things but with poched walls (so as not to reveal the material of the wall as the wall materials have not been selected yet)

Looking for a fixed price even though it is posted as hourly.
