Required software development freelancer for AWS EC2 with VPC - Can't ping over tunnel job

I have an EC2 Windows server in AWS. It has a private and public IP. I have created a VPC tunnel to a remote site Cisco ASR. I have a static route on the ASR pointing to the Windows server in the cloud. This tunnel appears up but I cannot ping the server IP in AWS from the ASR.
The ASR is production and should not be edited unless I approve the change first.
Need someone to allow for communication to and from my AWS server from the remote network.
(AWS: Windows Server)---------------(VPC Tunnel)--------------(Remote Site: Cisco ASR)
AWS must be able to reach 10.0.0.0/8, 192.168.0.0/16 IP's at remote site (ASR)
Remote site (ASR) must be able to reach 172.30.0.102 (the IP address of the EC2 Windows Server in AWS)
