we are experiencing a problem with the plugin. We used it for some days without problems. But no suddenly it stopped working and when you want to order a product, you get the answer: No shipping options available.

We tried deactivating plugins etc. and checked settings. But as mentioned we did not change anything.

The tip we got is, that the system gets the weight 0 kg for every product. The weight of course is set. We search someone who can have a look and troubleshoot.
