we have on a server a solution with patient anagrafic information in msql db, front we are using serenity.js. We need to develop a clinical patien folder system really easy: with arctiviation of documentation under the patient, possibility of the doctors to add clinical informations during a visit, and some vaccination informations, and the some few flags to understand if che doctor visit has been billed or not in another system (the administration will do this manually).
