Required software development freelancer for OpenStack - Implementation of custom Remote FS Driver job

We're looking for an OpenStack engineer who is capable of implementing a simple, custom nova(libvirt) remote filesystem driver with the aim to increase disk copy speeds over the network.
Familiarity with the OpenStack source code is a must, ideally you would be an OpenStack contributor.
