I'm looking for four Network Architecture, or Enterprise Infrastructure professionals to participate in a 30 minute, remote usability study.
The ideal participant is a Network Architect, IT Director or works on enterprise infrastructure for their company and is responsible for the performance and reliability of public facing applications.
Here is an overview of what you can expect:
- Duration: The session should last anywhere between 25 - 35 minutes
- Required equipment: To participate, you will need the following items:
- Computer with a good Internet connection
- Webcam so our moderator can see you
- Working microphone
- Computer speakers
- Recorded video call - The session will be conducted via Google Hangouts and will be recorded. The moderator will ask you to share your computer screen so our researchers can observe how you navigate the website as you go through certain tasks.
- What you'll be doing - You will be asked to answer some questions about the our webpages and go through tasks that simulate a typical browsing session. We ask that you be as expressive and descriptive as possible about your thoughts, actions, and questions.
- Moderator's role - You will be on the video call with the moderator. This person will ask you questions related to how you read the blog, ask you to go through a number of tasks, and may ask clarifying/followup questions.
