I need to build a web based clinic software which can be used online and also offline. We work in remote areas where internet connectivity is quite an issue, however we need the user to be able to work if there is no internet then with the possibility that it will sync data once internet is available. - I already have a database which is an sql based, however its not easy to be installed, that is why we are looking for something web based.
