I am seeking a suitable systems architect that has solid experience designing Kamailio HA clusters.

Requirements:
- Kamailio HA SBC cluster (with floating IPs) + DMQ
- To be hosted in the cloud
- Kamailio to use the dispatcher module to distribute calls to Multi Tennant PBXs behind SBC on private addressing

I need someone to walk me through typical design scenarios and help me land on a suitable design, draw up solution diagrams so I can get my engineers to implement the solution.
