Make a membership site finished

This is Oscar.

I am looking for someone to finish my membership site. The web designer site i Kajabi. Here is an example on how I want the membership site to look like, but with my theme and logo.

Fix the url so that it doesnt say my name, but the url on the page that is displayed.

The site should be very similar to premium health reports, but not plagiasm offcourse. And instead of skin health, fitness and nutrition, and mental health, it should say:
All, diabates, fitness & training, food & nutrition, Ask us questions.
Make a ask a question page, where they can ask questions and I can answer on the page directly. The light blue theme and Logo should be evident on all pages. I have started the site, but finish it. Make it worthy and a pleasing membership site.

Down in the files is the logo.
