We are looking for a Conversational AI Senior Developer that will leverage the full capabilities of AI for delivering insightful and personalized experiences for client and customers, drive greater operational efficiency, increase revenue, and manage risk. One of the major focus areas for the AI team is to deliver Chatbots and Virtual Assistants serving customers through multiple channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop solutions which include components across the Artificial Intelligence spectrum such as Chatbots and Virtual Assistants.
  2. Build decision trees that can manage customer conversations seamlessly between virtual assistant and human support teams.
  3. Build backend integrations with 3rd party messaging/communication service, CRM platform, and Zapier.
