SharePoint Developer required for an Engineering Company

Requirements:

• Creating a Document Management System using Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies with the broad functionality as follows:
  
• Creating an online repository of project documentation for different projects as per a Master Document Register
  
• Managing the lifecycle of such documents by issuing system-generated transmittals for various lifecycle stages
  
• Sending out email copies of such transmittals with the attached documents to relevant stakeholders as per a pre-defined distribution matrix
  
• Calculating the project progress by accruing the stage-wise progress weightages defined by the rules of credit for the entire project documentation
  
• Allow for return-upload of approved or commented documents by clients for relevant lifecycle stages against the original submitted document)
  
• Allow for access to the latest version of documents by clients and contractors across the globe
  
• Dashboards to show progress in terms of % progress by type of document, engineering discipline, etc. both as tables and as Plan vs. Actual curves
  
• Incorporate a high level of security to ensure access to only approved users as per an access matrix.
  
• Allow for easy administration by the Document Controller to add/remove user access, modify the document master register and perform back-end maintenance tasks.
