Hi,

We use Kurento media server, CoTurn and nGinx. Corporate user is able to see our stream (including both audio & video), but we are not able to see corporate users video (neither audio nor video). It works fine on mobile or when a user is not on a corporate network.

FYI: We have pointed a dedicated ip to a subdomain for Coturn. We believe we have set up our incoming and outgoing ports to 443. We are not experts and will like you to check and find the bug.

For someone who knows all this, it should not take long.

We have set time for this user for Mon, at 11 AM EDT, and we hope to get this resolved before that.
