Full stack web developer for PhalconPHP based social hobby site with transaction capability

What were looking for:
An experienced full stack developer to help kick-start/build on the foundation we have already built with PhalconPHP which includes:
-Basic sign on with basic profiles.
-Basic CMS
-Basic Internal Messaging
-Basic Forum
-Basic Blog
-Management for all of the above
-Database CRUD for item input.

We need someone to work on building out the additional features we need for our minimum viable product. The project utilizes PhalconPHP, Javascript, Bootstrap CSS, HTML.

We need the following objectives completed:
-Cleanup of all of the above
-Clean view designs for pages
-Subscription Management
-Ad Removal
-Auction Data
-Payment Setup for subscriptions and management pref stripe. With settings in database ‘cached
-Ads placement (inline on pages, on the side bars etc) if not subscribed..
-Creative way to handle image scaling, delivery, and zooming capabilities
-User Notifications (messaging addon)
-Activity Tracking/Reward System
-Revision Control/Review (Item entries)
-3rd Party Auth (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc)
-Spam prevention.
-User -> Item ownership/transfer logic and display pages

There is a large amount of freedom for creativity in this project. The target objective is to develop these features for the website in a manner consistent with other common social media sites to allow the user to have an already familiar feel. We may have recommendations for designs for various pages but your personal input is valuable.

Provided the success of this work, there will be opportunity for a continued relationship for more evolved features, design changes, etc.
