A Java and Web developer/manager for a GPS Platform

Need an administrator to manage a GPS platform, that should meet the following skills:

- Experienced in JAVA analyzing and developing, as 1 part of our system is java coded and one of the important tasks is to decode/read the JAVA code to perform some customization and bugs fixes

- Experienced in managing MS SQL

- Experienced in managing PHP/HTML web sites on windows server

- Good experience in managing Windows servers, especially 2012 R2

- Preferably, we want someone with proven experience in GPS platforms and GPS protocols.

One more note is that our system code is not well documented so you should really know/investigate how things are working in JAVA, MSSQL, and PHP.

If you meet our requirements, we can discuss hiring options, as per tasks jobs or as an employee.

To not waste your time, we will only choose a freelancer with good ratings/reviews.
