Looking for someone to create character drawings from photos

Im looking for an artist that can take a real life photo and draw the people (digitally using procreate or other drawing app) in a background that is provided, in the style images.

I am paying $5 per character drawn with minor edits as needed. This is a part time job for now with a small number of characters to be done but we are planning for this to be a full time position in the coming weeks/months.

Must have Photoshop and Procreate or comparable app.

Must be fluent or near fluent in English
