Groovy Dev Needed for Jira Configuration

We need to create a simple calculated custom field in our Jira Cloud instance. We have the requirement nailed down, and are mostly familiar with the tools required, but need help with the scripting portion, and implementation on Jira Cloud rather than Jira Server.

This should be a short project (estimated 2 hours), but well likely need more work in this vein later.
