Need Help Choosing Which Platform To Launch Green Screen App

I have a prototype of an app whose main feature is letting users use a chroma key green screen. The app lets users choose from over 500 photo and video backgrounds, most of which are stored on a server.

I want the app to function on iOS and Android and have augmented reality features later on.

The job is to help me decide which platform this app should use for launch. Unity? Native Swift?
