Were looking for an advanced Remote network admin / Technical Support / IT expert,
Our main needs: maintaining servers, workstations, networks, and cloud integrations.

  • Requires strong experience in desktop support, MS servers & general network equipment support
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware & software, mobile devices, Networking and Servers/Systems
  • Advanced working knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suites Platform (Office 365)
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory / Administrative tools
  • Experience with Remote support tools (Team Viewer license is a BIG plus)
  • Exceptional communications skills, verbal and written in English
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Basic Microsoft Windows system administration
  • Must be customer-focused, work well in a team-oriented environment, and provide quality service for the business client. Must pay very close attention to detail.
  • Apple products / MAC OSX experience is a plus

Experience:
  • IT Technician: min 3 years
  • Working in multi-client environment.
