Nextcloud system administrator needed

I am looking for next cloud system administrator who help me to secure or mirroring our next cloud server. I have next cloud installed in server. It has a static IP so my employees can access it from within/outside the office LAN. I wish to have a mirror copy of this server happening into another server which is kept besides this next cloud server. Idea is, whatever operations are happening in this server should be mirrored in new server in real time basis. So, if anything happens to this next cloud server then I can immediately shift to the mirror server.

I also want to keep an incremental backup of this next cloud server on daily basis in another NAS or HDD.

Also, I want to open the file on this server on double click when accessed by client. Presently, I have to download the file, make changes and re-upload the same.

I am using Linux centos 7 in next cloud server and wish to continue with Linux only.
