Web Designer with CRO Expertise to Design PPC Landing Page

We are looking for web designers with proven experience in conversion rate optimization. The only qualification we need is your designs are planned and architected to covert visitors customers

You should be familiar with essential CRO practices, including building the strategy and architecture of webpages to drive maximum conversions, optimizing websites for performance over aesthetics, and A/B testing different designs to reach statistical significance of a new design. You must know how to optimize websites and eliminate friction based on data and user behavior rather than best practices.

Requirements:
- Experience in architecting conversion-rate optimized, lead-driving websites
- Expertise in designing websites from a performance over aesthetics perspective
- Ability to execute process-driven CRO investigation and optimization
- Ability to build website strategy and architecture to maximize conversions based on data and user behavior, not just best practices
