Im just a makeup artist looking for someone who i can pay to build a makeup app for me that will display my makeup looks and tutorials, and allow users to find, look at in detail, and purchase eyelashes and other products from my app.
I would prefer a single freelancer as apposed to an agency, simply due to the fact that communication is easier and my budget is tight. I have a prototype of how the app should look that I will share once I find someone whos right for the job.
