Compile or port linux app to windows

I need to port a linux app to windows. The app is guacd. It is part of the guacamole project..

Either a cygwin port or a native port is fine. Although I dont want cygwin to have to be installed in order for guacd to be able to run.

At a minimum, I need the RDP protocol functional.

Later I would like to port it to mac as well. You dont need to know how to do that for this job. But if you were capable of helping me with that as well in the future, that would be great.
