Requirements:
- Cross platform (Flutter or alternative native solution strongly preferred, Cordova or other web wrappers will not be accepted)
- Features include: distance and preference based matching, private messaging, profile creation.
- Backend preferred to be Golang or other high performance language paired with Postgres or similar. Security is a strong focus, and development will be subject to review and audit.

Currently seeking initial quotes and expressions of interest in the project.
