Social Media Marketing Manager

Summary: Looking for a social media growth hacker for promoting meditation related content. Ideal candidate is excellent at writing marketing content, operationally manage social media channels and is personally interested in the topic of mindfulness and meditation.

Details:

A weekly 1 hour meditation event takes place which is recorded and edited by a professional video editor. Social media manager is expected to promote this event on social media channels (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Blog, Medium and Podcast platforms) in written, image, audio and video formats. Typical tasks can be broken down into three:

1) Content writing: Social media captions, descriptions and a blog article based on each session
2) Image creation: Thumbnails, featured images, quote pics etc.
3) Operational management: Managing publishing/schedules, uploads/downloads, keyword research, channel strategy for different social media channels

Key skills/experience required:

- Excellent verbal and written English
- Creativity and an aptitude to understand the needs of the audience
- Social media experience - Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, linkedin, blog and podcast platforms
- Keyword research for Google and Youtube
- Interest in the topic of Yoga & Meditation
- Project management
- Self driven, problem solver, trustworthy
