We r using ubunto 18 with webmin and virtualmp VPS on hostinger following things need to be done
1- setting the VPS server.
2- configure dns servers
3- configuring mSQL on it.

4- configuring the Webservices on it and make the website running. (transferring from shared hosting)
5- install laravel and make sure the laravel applications are running.
6- port the website from another server to here without any hastle.
