Building Permit Records - Data Analysis

We are a general contractor looking to analyze recent building trends in different regions of the country to determine our sales/marketing strategy for the new year.

We would like to produce reports from our spreadsheet will provide when job awarded.

The reports we would like from this data include:

-What percentage of projects are office remodels?

-By percentage, which contractors are performing most of office remodel work?

-What is the average contract value of an office remodel in this region?

-How are remodels most often being referenced to (remodel, renovation, addition, etc.)?

-Average SF of office remodels in this region

-Which zip code areas have the most office remodel work?

-How much would it cost to produce this in a graphical representation?

Looking for an Excel/SQL wizard to help get us off the ground and potentially make longer term recommendations/contributions to our team as we begin to harness our data more effectively.
