Creative editing help needed for poetry book

I have 80-90 love/spirituality (are they the same thing?) related short-poems I want to publish later this year. I am looking for creative editing help to finalize my manuscript. In particular:
a. Decide on a structure for the book (how to order the poems in the book to make them most palatable for my readers, to create chapters or not, to use sketches or not, etc.)
b. Write up a back-cover (blurb for readers to get a sense of the book as they make their decision to pick it up)
c. Decide on a strategy to publish: self-publish vs approach publishers
d. The poems are short and I have proof-read them myself so not looking for a ton of help here.

I am looking for editors with previous experience with love poetry and with experience with self-publishing editing. Also, someone who can relate to my work . Please include a short intro with your previous experience (including any links to the books) and a proposal for how we can start working together. I would like to schedule a 10-15 min call with you before finalizing terms and kicking off the project!
