Im looking for an experienced WordPress developer to setup and configure a new WordPress site. If possible, I would like to view a section to templates you have I can choose from. I like the design of this site https://(Removed by Toogit admin) but open to ideas.

This site will only have 5 - 6 pages, including a blog and 2-3 opt-in form pages, this should link to an email service provider like MailChimp.

Also, the site will need to have a sign in pop up. This should only be triggered only if the visitor hasnt subscribed - using cookies.
