Operations Manual for Real Estate Team

An established real estate team, operating for the past 5 years are seeking someone to assist us in creating a full operations manual, similar to other operations manuals with real estate teams across the U.S., with minor tweaks. We seek to find someone that has the experience in Real Estate and understands the transactional process from start to finish, along with understanding the daily habits necessary for a real estate agent.

In addition, we seek for this person to collaborate with us to create all aspects of the operations manual.

We have started on it, yet were looking for someone that is well versed in the English language to be very clear in their statements. This operations manual is to be highly simple, addressable, and easy to follow and read.
