Web developer needed for creating an interactive web prototype

Short description of the project:
Our solution is an early stage prototype that will be used to communicate the concept to our client. We need an interactive prototype of a learning environment to visualize how learning material on an online platform can be used to support teaching. However, the prototype only needs functionality in terms of illustrating the solution graphically.

We will provide initial wireframes and minimum requirements but we expect you to make improvement suggestions where you see fit.

We expect you to have experience with:
Creating user-friendly customer journeys
UX/UI design
Creating interactive design
HTML, JAVA, Wix, Wordpress, PhP, CMS or similar

In addition we expect:
Ability to communicate well in English
Able to get started quickly
Delivery on deadline (One Month)

Minimum requirements:
The prototype needs to have a call-to-action between the linked wireframes: E.g 1 to 2. | 2 to 3 | 3 to 4
We expect a professional layout/design that follows the same syntax e.g. shapes, fonds in every wireframe layer
The design colours of the prototype has to be limited to a maximum of 4 different colours that matches
The set of colours should be Black - Grey - Dark blue - Light blue
