Help build a simple Flask app using Bootstrap and SQLAlchemy

I am looking for an expert full-stack python/flask developer to help me code a simple web app in Flask that displays data in highcharts from a SQLAlchemy ORM. I am primarily doing this because I am interested in learning how to build simple web applications with Flask. This is a hands-on project that will involve us working together while you help code and I ask questions about what you are doing so I can maintain and tinker with the project going forward.
