Create Sketchup 3D model from existing plans and images

We have 2D architectural drawings of an existing home (floor plans, roof plan, site plan, elevations). We would like them converted to a detailed SketchUp model. The drawings are available as both .dwg and .pdf. We need the house and site property modeled their present condition. This 3D model should be organized with proper use of layers, groups, components, etc. This will require me to do some measurements and to work with you to go from the drawings to a model.
