Recommend an iPhone app for making Tables (that can sync to desktop)

EASIEST PERFECT 5-STAR REVIEW GUARANTEED:

I sometimes edit a tiny table on my phone, and sometimes on my computer. So, I SIMPLY need your RECOMMENDATION ONLY on a free iPhone APP that would also SYNC to desktop version..

( im not a fan of Google or Msft office apps for this)...So if there is just a regular free app that might be better prefer not to have to login every time from desktop either.

Should be SIMPLE. ... I WONDER MAYBE EVEN A webapp (WEBSITE PAGE) that you know of that saves my data....that might also be smart. Thank you.

So, if you know of something easy-to-use and free, even a website page where I can update a table from my phone or computer, Id like to have a look.
