Install and configure NginX and PHP on two Windows 10 computers

Looking for someone to help set up two computers to be used as web development and testing environments.

Both computers are Windows 10.

Both computers need the following installed and configured:
1. NginX server.
2. PHP

Both computers need to have 4 domains set up and configured to be run locally. The HTML files for each domain are stored in directories shared in a Dropbox folder.

This task will be done at an agreed time, so that I can be present and monitor progress for security purposes. The person who takes this job will log into each computer using TeamViewer while we speak using Skype or similar voice connection.
