Converting RAW file to HDR format (will be input to plant CV library) and Hyper spectral image

Hi,

We are working on a solution which can analyses plant using different camera (Sensors). For current project we are working with hyperspectral camera. We are trying to extract information from different bands. so current images which we have from hyperspectral camera are in RAWX format. So We need help in converting RAWX file to HDR format. Once it is done, we have also other task to complete once we are done with this requirement. So it will be a long term project for successful partner.

We believe this task require good understanding of AI/ML/deep learning and other key data skills. Knowledge of different image type (RGB Image, IR/NIR Image, hyper spectral image with band specific information) will be added advantaged. Any experience in agriculture is also helpful.

I have added sample Rawx file for reference. We have complete data of entire batch.
