WordPress website updates (Palmie)

I have a WordPress website that needs updating based on a number of specifications. I will provide specifications when the work has been completed. The changes are for the website (removed by Toogit admin) and include the following...

Desktop
- Change the download menu item to a button (to match the mock up)
- Update the screens on the Scan Results section
- Change the Features slider to match the mock up
- Change the Download Palmie entry point to match the mock up
- Add a sign up section in the Subscribe... section which links to Mailchimp (info will be provided)

Tablet
- Remove the orange bar from the menu
- Change the menu icon to match the mock up
- Change the footer to match the mock up
- Change the Features slider to match the mock up
- Match the Scan Results section to the mock up
- Left align the text on the tablet version

Mobile
- Left align the text on the mobile version
- Change the Scan Results slider on mobile to match the mock up
- Change the Features feed slider on mobile to match the mock up
