Hello!

I need somebody to create an algorithm that can:

- Track and measure the interaction between social media profiles.

There is no front end required yet, as I want to find somebody to work with me to create the algorithm and have it set up and running so we can test that it works before packaging it up.

The social platforms I want to focus on are(in order):

- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Tik Tok

Im happy to start with Instagram, get that right and move on from there.
