Expert Concur User to Perform Expense and Invoice Implementation

The Department of Finance at the American Quarter Horse Association is looking for an expert user of the SAP Concur platform to perform a re-implementation of expense management and a new implementation of invoice management. The project is to include the following steps:
- Educating executive team on options and possibilities
- Designing work and process flow based upon design decisions
- Configuring system based upon approved design and workflow
- Testing system to ensure performance and functionality meet expectations
- Completing the needed interface for both expense and invoice management using SmartConnect and/or CloudSnap
- Developing training materials to educate employees on how to complete travel requests, record expenses and process invoices

The AQHA runs Microsoft DGP as our general ledger system.
