I am looking for a programmer to design a platform to create shortened and customized Whatsapp API links with the functionality of entering Facebook pixel identification and Google pixel identification for marketing.

The platform must contain:
1.- Start.
2.- login / user
3.- Payment gateway with 3 plans (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced / Professional)
4.- link creation page
5.- links on the listing page
6.- payment and user configuration page
7.-Recommendation system through link per user
8.- System of 7 days of test of the whole system.
9.- Discount code
