Developer Needed for creating a picture cube interface

I am creating picture cubes for customers
What I am looking for is a web interface (or whatever) where people can upload their pics and fit them into the cut out stencils with the blocks. The blocks are 1 squares so the picture would be 4x4 for the square images and 4x8 for the rectangle images. I will give you some pictures for reference, would want these to print out in 2 sheets (on sticker paper) with the cut marks printed so people can print the pics, cut them, and stick them on the cubes.

Also, the cubes are 1 x 1 each. Therefore the pic cut out squares needs to be a little smaller like .95 x .95
