Building a Fantasy Sports League in Website Form

Were a two person team running an Instagram based Fantasy Mixed Martial Arts Predictions League. At the moment we are running our 200 strong league via manually uploading peoples predictions ,and consequently their points, onto an Excel Spreadsheet.

Ahead of our second season, our primary aim is to streamline the prediction process and move it to a mobile friendly website, which can be easily accessed from Instagram.

We would be looking for a website to do the following:

1) Be able to register users (via email, instagram username and other personal properties)
2) Select the predictions very simply by just clicking a small button for each option and submitting them ahead of a pre set deadline.
3) Be able to understand the points system and allocate points to each member after we manually upload the results of the fights in real time (again using the mouse click).
4) The website would need to be extremely mobile friendly due to the fact most people will be doing their submissions via smartphone (due to having come from Instagram).

We are looking for a developer who can communicate openly about the project and even suggest ways to make the process more efficient.

Our team is a small, with only two of us at the moment, but we are extremely ambitious in moving forward in the fantasy combat sports space. We have gained good traction via Instagram, but we are now looking to move the process online.
