LinkedIn Marketing Badass

Post and manage metrics/results of paid advertisement on LinkedIn for DealExchange funnel

We are marketing a funnel to people who own apartment buildings and/or want to buy apartment buildings.

I have a list of over 10,000 apartment owners names (not LLCs or corporate names... real names)

Contractor will search apartment owners on LinkedIn, add them to my personal friend list, and invite them to my real estate group Financial Freedom Network where we can market to them directly for free.

Ideally, Contractor will also manage my personal LinkedIn account with direct messages and daily posts; reaching out to desired contacts to do business with.

MUST HAVE Skillsets:
- LinkedIn experience a must... Please do not apply if you do not have experience with LinkedIn marketing.
- Strong sales (direct response) copy writing
- Good communicator.

**Experience in real estate a plus, but not necessary.

I currently own and operate a boutique private equity group that owns apartment assets in several states in the US. I started teaching people how to buy apartment buildings and now I have 100s of DealMakers across the country giving us more deal flow than we can handle. This funnel, DealExchange.net will be utilized to match qualified buyers with the great deals my students are putting together.
