We have a problem with our website. We have a section where customers can register their warranty which should then email the data to us but it no longer works. We also have a section that allows customers to confirm that they have read the training manuals that should also send us an email but this does not work. It used to send us an email but the data it provided was not useable.

I need someone to either fix the plugin that we currently have or set up a new one so that we receive this data going forward
