Graphical design for new web application needed

We want to enable people to bring their ideas and visions to fruition. Our focus is always how we can help the users of our applications while increasing their options and boosting their creativity. Currently we are building an application, that helps to create interesting and convincing presentations. The user is guided along a well-tried, creative process, fleshing out the content and structure and sketching first drafts of their slides.

We are looking for a UI designer for our web application and our website.

The main workspace of our web application resembles a white board that is used to sketch out new ideas. The design should underpin this playful and creative early phase during a creative process. The design should be somewhat sketchy as if the user is really working on a white board. The controls around the main area can have a standard design, but must fit to the main area.

Part of this assignment is also to create new background graphics for the sticky notes and the slides on the white board.

Deliverables needed:
- Design specification for selected pages of our web application
- Design specification for our web site
- SVG-graphics of four types of sticky notes in four colors each
- SVG-graphics of four types of empty slides

In your proposal, please provide a one- or two-paragraph summary of your design experience and why youd be a great fit for this work. Also include two relevant samples that show your best design work and creativity.
