Front End Web Developer to Modify pages on Existing Site

We currently have a website that we are building to integrate with SAP Business One. The Back End work we have a developer for, but we are looking for someone to help us finish the frontend / finalise existing pages.
Our Design Director will provide PSD files with Layer comps. The designs need to be pixel perfect and responsive.
Please provide us with examples of work completed. We are looking to use latest technologies, but also fit in within our current infrastructure.
