Build O365 SharePoint / Teams ? site from ground up

We want to start using SharePoint and move away from our file server. We are not planning to move files to SP but build site and begin using going forward. I am looking to use it as our Intranet drop site and from there have sites for HR, Accounting, etc Here is a rough idea of this

- Landing Page (Intranet Home Page)
o Links to other Department sites
- Accounting
- HR
- Forms
- Construction
- Design
- Accounting
o Documents
o Calendar
- HR
o Documents
- Forms
o Documents
- Design
o Calendar
o Documents
o Teams Chat - maybe
o Links to Department vendor sites
- Projects (Will need each job site to be based on a template so all jobs are the exact same)
o Job Site Project # XXXXX (landing page)
- Job Info page
- Contacts
- Links
- Teams Chat
- Documents
- Calendar
- Schedule (Using MS Projects)
- Daily Reports
- Forms page where daily job site enters a daily report

Depending on cost we may have other ideas we would like to do but the most important is the Projects site.
