Video editing - simple comic book style

I have two short videos - about two minutes of video time which needs to be edited to have very simple comic book sounds and cheesy stickers like KAPOW coming up. This is a rush project and needs to be completed TODAY so am happy to pay a premium. I anticipate it is an hour or two of work and does not need to be professional in finish as it is for an internal work video.
