Wordpress learndash customization

1. The platform I want to develop is not exactly for online courses, I would like to know if you can configure Learndash to be able to add new fields (e.g. localization) to each lesson of the course. The platform is for videos from around the world. A course will be, for example a city and each lesson, a place in the city. You would need to search for courses by location. Is this customization possible?
2. I need any user to be able to post a course and earn mo-ney. I would earn a commission for each sale. (I already have plugins for that)
3. I would like to integrate with Vimeo, so when a user uploads the video, it is automatically uploaded to my Vimeo account. Without the user needing to use his Vimeo account or put the link of the video. Is it possible?
