Build web apps/sites for a media start-up

We are a start-up media company that is connecting the world with trending news and products in a specialized industry.

What were looking for:
An experienced web developer to help kick-start/build a company website and a simple app that displays the contents on the website in an user-friendly way. The web/app needs to display scrolling contents (both articles and videos) along with advertisements.

We need the following deliverables:
- Website
- Web App

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:
- The prior experience building a professional website
